Option 1: Move rows

Step 1: Open a Word document containing tables that need to move rows. Place the cursor in the row.

Step 2: press Alt + Shift + arrow up or down depending upon where you want to move the row. The result will be shown as below:

Step 1: Open the word file that needs to move paragraphs. Place the cursor in the text that needs to be moved
